Lindsay is a problem-solving, detail-oriented, Compliance Operations Associate who is qualified in administering regulatory compliance operations programs, such as assisting in state and SEC registrations, completing CRD/IARD regulatory filings, drafting client agreements and ADV filings that meet federal and state regulatory requirements, and general administration for day-to-day compliance duties. She is an analytical thinker who efficiently manages multiple projects while providing critical guidance to enhance compliance efforts.

 

Prior to joining Compliance Resource Partners, she worked under the Chief Compliance Officer at a Colorado-based investment advisory firm to help oversee the compliance practices, policies and procedures. She is currently working toward obtaining her Series 65 license.

 

Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Colorado. Before making the transition into the compliance world, she worked for 12 years in educational leadership positions. Along with Lindsay’s leadership and educational background, she brings with her the ability and skills to extensively review detailed documentation to draft comprehensive reports and effectively revise disclosures. Her strong communication skills combined with her capacity to collaborate with diverse teams help her build productive, long-standing professional relationships.

 

Lindsay actively works to serve her community by partnering with her neighborhood school district and Adams State University where she provides professional training for educators who work in public schools across the state of Colorado. When she is not in the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her two young children and her husband. She also enjoys traveling and relaxing with friends and family.
